Cranberry Kir RoyalMing Tsai
Yield: 4-6 servings
Combine first three ingredients in a small non reactive saucepan over medium high heat and simmer until reduced by 90 percent and a maple syrup consistency is achieved. Place in a clean jar and refrigerate. To serve, pour 2 tablespoons of syrup in a flute and top with champagne. Garnish with 2 to 3 fresh cranberries.
