Everyone needs a good chili recipe, and this one is about as simple as it gets. Not only does it practically make itself (gotta love the slow cooker), but it shaves off about 400 calories from a typical restaurant version. Love paella as much as I do? Here’s a recipe that cuts both carbs and calories—and requires only one pot. Dinner is served!
5-Minute Turkey Chili
This protein-packed recipe is foolproof—simply prep for five minutes, toss all ingredients in a slow cooker, and you’re done. It’s ideal for busy moms or kitchen rookies. You can adjust to your liking; add more spice to turn up the heat and top with your favorite garnishes. Enjoy!

Simple Paella with Cauliflower “Rice”
Paella is a traditional Spanish dish that features lots of yellow rice, veggies, protein (seafood, chicken, sausage, and so on) and seasonings. I gave it a healthy spin by using “cauliflower rice,”” which drives down calories and carbs. In fact, my version contains less than 200 calories per two-cup serving.
