Exotica
- 2 fl oz vodka
- 4 oz nectarine juice
- ½ passion fruit
- 2 teaspoons caster sugar
- Sugar syrup
- Ice
Combine ingredients, shake and serve.
Pineapple mint margarita
- Tequila to taste
- 1/2 fl oz orange liqueur
- 2 fl oz sweet and sour mix
- 1 fl oz pineapple mint mix
- Ice
Combine ingredients, blend and serve.
