Exotica

  • 2 fl oz vodka
  • 4 oz nectarine juice
  • ½ passion fruit
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • Sugar syrup
  • Ice

Combine ingredients, shake and serve.

Pineapple mint margarita

  • Tequila to taste
  • 1/2 fl oz orange liqueur
  • 2 fl oz sweet and sour mix
  • 1 fl oz pineapple mint mix
  • Ice

Combine ingredients, blend and serve.
