Step aside, steaks, and don't let those hot dogs hog the grill either. It's time to let veggies take over for dinner. Grilling vegetables like green beans and corn brings out their natural sweetness without too much effort—and if your grill has a side burner to boil pasta water, you won’t need to go near your stove at all for this meal!

Don't have green beans on hand? Substitute sugar snap peas, sliced bell pepper, or asparagus.
