You get a cookbook! You get a cookbook! Everyone gets a cookbook!

Seriously, though — Oprah's new cookbook, Food, Health and Happiness: 115 On-Point Recipes for Great Meals and a Better Life, which is due out January 3, 2017, is perfect for anyone trying to be a little healthier (and isn't that everyone?).

The media giant, who announced her partnership with Weight Watchers over a year ago, finally released the cover for her healthy cookbook. As is evidenced by her 26-pound weight loss, she says she's finally found something that works for her.

On the cover, a svelte-looking Oprah is showing off that glorious, all-curing smile over a bowl of fresh fruit and a glass of green juice.

We want what she's having — and because she's Oprah, she's giving it to us.

"As long as I can remember, I’ve been the kind of person who wants to share the things that make life better," she told PEOPLE in a statement. "When I come upon something useful, something that brings me pleasure or comfort or ease, I want everyone else to know about it and benefit from it, too. And that is how this cookbook came to be. It’s my life story — the lessons I’ve learned, the discoveries I’ve made — told through food."

So, what kinds of recipes can we expect to see?

So fresh and so clean seems to be the theme, from "Unfried Chicken" to "Turkey Chili" and "Farro With Peas, Asparagus, Pesto and Cured Olives" to "Sustainable Chilean Sea Bass with Lemon Fennel Chutney."

And if her five go-to diet tricks for weight loss is any indication, we're guessing there will be a lot more seafood and tons of jicama.
