INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbs. olive oil
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, minced
- 2 tbs. garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tbs. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cup French’s mustard
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil and add onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook for one hour. Cool and store in refrigerator. Use for fish, meats or poultry.
