This lightly spiced coffee cake is simply delicious and serves up plenty of temptation. Prepare the spiced sugar topping first and refrigerate it so the butter is very cold when dropped into the pan. To prevent the cake from sticking, use plenty of nonstick spray and invert the pan to remove the cake within minutes after removing it from the oven.
