Fat Tuesday marks the end of carnival season and what better way to celebrate than with food and drinks from the Big Easy? Here, Tory McPhail, the executive chef of the world famous Commander's Palace restaurant in New Orleans, is sharing some delicious twists on traditional Cajun and Creole recipes, including a spicy fried chicken seasoned with crawfish boil spices, strawberry beignets and an old fashioned cocktail.
