Each year, more than 33 million Americans are unable to afford enough food to meet their basic needs. To address the problem, thousands of community leaders - from chefs and restaurateurs to public relations professionals and accountants - donate their time and talents to end hunger and poverty in a an event called "Taste of the Nation." Chef Michael Lomonaco of Noche restaurant shares some of the recipes he'll be whipping up at the event.
