Top Chef Junior contestants Rahanna Bisseret Martinez and Owen Pereira are stopping by TODAY to their signature — and Super Bowl-ready recipes for Buffalo biscuits and meaty chili.

Rahanna, a 13-year-old from Oakland, California, learned to cook by spending time in the kitchen with her mother and watching television chef greats like Julia Child, Leah Chase and Jacques Pépin. She loves to use fresh vegetables in her cooking, as she demonstrates in her recipe for biscuits stuffed with broccoli and cauliflower.

Owen, 14, is from Baltimore, Maryland, where he started cooking when he was just 3. He began cooking classes when he was in second grade and has been named "Best Chef" at his school. In the culinary world, Owen looks up to Daniel Boulud, Julia Child, Daniel Humm, Grant Achatz and Thomas Keller. Owen's chili calls for three kinds of meat and gets a punch of flavor from chipotles in adobo.

Buffalo Broccoli and Cauliflower Biscuits with Blue Cheese

Rahanna created this recipe for biscuits filled with spicy vegetables and topped with creamy blue cheese mousse. She says she loves the recipe because it's beautiful and easy to customize.

Chili with Beef, Veal and Sausage

Owen says he loves this recipe for chili with three kinds of meat, because, "It's easy to make, the prep is fast and you get a great reward."
