Football season is back — and we're celebrating in Philly with the kickoff of our TODAY Food Loves Football series. Helping us warm up to the season are chefs Kevin Sbraga, Jen Carroll and Brian Duffy. They're cooking up football-friendly bites that are perfect for tailgating, snacking at home or anywhere you're watching the game. Carroll makes chocolaty peanut butter cakes and Philly cheesesteak croquettes; Sbraga prepares fish tacos with coleslaw and crispy chicken wings; and Duffy whips up smoked brisket sandwiches and hoagie spring rolls.

Kevin's Recipes:

"I love the combination of sweet, spicy and sour. These wings deliver on all three flavor fronts and are guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds."

"These spicy fish tacos definitely bring the heat on game day," says Sbraga. "Make serving easy by setting out the fried fish, tortillas and toppings so guests can assemble and customize their own tacos."

Jen's Recipes:

"I love this recipe because it reminds me of my childhood eating snack cakes with my grandmom. The classic combo of peanut butter and chocolate is instant nostalgia for me."

"These croquettes let you get your cheesesteak fix without getting too full," says Carroll. "You can indulge in these tasty bites and still have room to sample everything else at the tailgate!"

Brian's Recipes:

"Smoking the brisket for these sandwiches takes a long time, but they are well worth the wait," says Duffy.
