In honor of Father's Day, chef Michael White grills up juicy rib eye steak to help TODAY's Matt Lauer celebrate Father's Day. For an Italian spin, White rubs the steaks with rosemary salt—a method used in Florentine cooking—and serves them with crispy oven-roasted potatoes (patate al forno in Italian) that are also flavored with rosemary.
