Serves 4 to 6

Place all ingredients in a food processor on high, until pureed smooth. Place in refrigerator to chill. Serve in a bowl and add a sprig of mint to each serving.

Place all ingredients except the fresh orange juice in a blender and pulse five times to begin mixing the ingredients, add the fresh orange juice then puree until smooth. To garnish place a mint leaf top on the surface of the finished drink
