Geoffrey Zakarian, executive chef of the popular Town restaurant in New York City, recently opened a new one called Country. In his new cookbook, “Geoffrey Zakarian's Town/Country: 150 Recipes for Life Around the Table,” he shares recipes for hearty dishes that are sophisticated enough to be served at a dinner party in the city.
