Who says beef tacos can't fit into a healthy diet? These Lighter Beef Tacos from are made with lean ground ground sirloin, which has less fat and calories than the ground chuck often called for in taco recipes. And instead of gobs of sour cream and cheese, these tacos are topped with low-cal, nutrient-packed salsa instead. Adding guacamole will up the calorie content, but will also add a dose of healthy fats — consider a small dollop if you're in the mood.
