Food blogger, Instagram influencer and TODAY's very own production assistant, Samah Dada, is in the kitchen whipping up some sweet snacks that are kid-friendly and easy to eat on the go.
She shows us how to make healthy salted almond cheesecake bars and vegan chocolate chip cookie dough truffles.
