She shows us how to make savory salmon with roasted tomatoes and grilled corn salad with fresh basil.

Grilled Salmon with Roasted Green Tomatoes

"I love this dish because it is so versatile," says Guarnaschelli. "You can serve it hot off the grill, cook in advance and serve it at room temperature or chilled as a main course. It's also great for lunch; I have even taken this dish and put it on bread for a summery sandwich!"

Grilled Corn Salad with Basil

"This is a summer grilling greatest hit. There is no way everyone won't devour this simple side! I like to eat it, freshly assembled and still warm, but it also tastes great chilled."
