The classic Bees Knees cocktail, appropriately named because it's so delicious and uses honey, gets a makeover here. Since it’s National Vodka Day, I’ve substituted vodka for gin, giving the traditional Bees Knees a more neutral base to showcase the perfect balance of sweet and sour. Typically, the drink uses a clover or light honey but I’ve opted for wildflower, a darker, more floral honey, making for a richer drink. Thus the Vodka Bumble is born. Clink!
