Yep, it's that time of year again.
You know, that time when the weather is still warm but retailers are already hawking fall flavored goodies left and right. Whether we like it or not, store shelves are already selling cooler-weather eats, from pumpkin spice everything to candy corn.
When it comes to one fall food in particular, there seems to be no middle ground when it comes to feelings on candy corn — either you love it or toss it out of your Halloween haul immediately. But if you fall on the "love it" side of the dividing line, Brach's has a new treat just for you.
Cookie-flavored candy corn is already hitting grocery stores, according to The Junk Food Aisle Instagram account.
Brach's Cookie Candy Corn, which the Instagram account spotted at Dollar General, contains four cookie-centric flavors: chocolate chip, oatmeal, cookies 'n cream and butter cookie. Each kernel has a mix of the various baked goods flavor.
While they new candy definitely isn't sugar free, this sweet treat is gluten-free, and even if it's still only August, why not stock up now?
