On “Today’s Kitchen,” we’re taking catering to a whole new level. Michael Romano is executive chef at one of New York City’s most popular restaurants, Union Square Cafe. Now he’s bringing chef-driven, fine dining approach to a new catering company, Hudson Yards with Danny Meyer, who founded Union Square Café and many other notable restaurants.
