Bobby Flay: 'I applaud Panera' for ditching processed foods

Restaurant franchise Panera Bread announced it's making the switch to what it calls “clean” and “simple” offerings. The chain is joining a growing movement: saying goodbye to processed foods. NBC’s Katy Tur reports.
