Here, chefs Carolina Santos-Neves, of New York's Colonia Verde and Comodo, and Paula DaSilva, of 3030 Ocean in Fort Lauderdale, share their recipes for Coxinhas (Chicken Croquettes) and Bolinho de Bacalhau (Salt Cod Fritters), two traditional Brazilian dishes. DaSilva also shared her recipe for a Hearts of Palm Salad, which is lovely with the fritters.
