Never heard of nice cream? Basically it’s another word for vegan ice cream. Made with bananas or nut milk, it’s healthier than traditional ice cream made with cream, which is why it’s trending even with people who can have dairy.

Chocolate banana ‘nice cream’
Makes 12 servings
- 6 frozen bananas
- 2/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 14-16 dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peel the bananas and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Add bananas, cacao powder, almond milk, dates, and vanilla extract to blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
