Matt talks pee on a plane, dresses like Hoda on talk shows

While in L.A., Matt Lauer brought his No-Shave November beard on the talk-show circuit.

His first stop was "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno, where the two swapped crazy airplane stories.

After Jay Leno recalled sitting next to a woman who accidentally disrobed, Lauer chimed in with a traumatic toilet tale. "I've seen some horrible things on planes," Matt confessed. "But this is gross... The guy comes out of the bathroom, I acknowledge him and I go in and shut the door and as I go around to urinate, (I see that ) this guy has urinated all over the seat of the toilet. It's everywhere."

Matt revealed his dilemma.

"I can't leave," he said. "Because now they're going to go, 'Matt Lauer peed all over the seat' ... Or you can clean it up. It was disgusting. But I'm a germphobe, so I did it."

Always a comedian, Jay couldn't let Matt leave without poking fun at his recent interview with Miley Cyrus.

"It looked like she was flirting with you from where I was sitting," Jay said before showing a clip from the interview (which got a little comedic editing).

Matt also dropped by "Ellen," where (surprise, surprise) he dressed up as a lady. But this time it was as our very own Hoda Kotb, wig and all, with Ellen playing Kathie Lee Gifford. Wanting to stay true to their roles, the two read actual transcripts from TODAY's Fourth Hour.

Al Roker, Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb did not think it was his best look.

"He looked like Donald Trump," Al joked.

"That wig was awful," Hoda said.

"Really bad," KLG agreed.

"It's kind of sad when they read our exact transcripts and that's what it is," said Hoda.

Which led KLG to ask, "Why did you go to college?"

The other part of Matt's appearance featured him telling Ellen about his Halloween costume this year. "It was supposed to be a tribute to Pamela Anderson," Matt said, as Ellen's audience reacted to video of his swimsuit-clad get-up. "I look more like Dee Snider with fake boobs."

Matt said the hardest part of dressing up as a woman was putting on ... "the device." He told Ellen he probably wouldn't have used the concealer, as it's called, if the costume people called it what it really is: "a testicle vice."

But whether an hour and a half in super-tight apparatus was good for him or not was no matter. "I've had my kids, I'm alright," Matt joked.
