TODAY kicks off a gala Super Bowl weekend

Super Bowl weekend is nearly upon us, and TODAY is heading to Indianapolis to kick off the festivities. Super Bowl weekend is nearly upon us, and TODAY is heading to Indianapolis to kick off the festivities. Here’s the highlight reel:

  • On Friday, Ann and Al will broadcast live from the Super Bowl Village at Pan Am Center starting at 7 a.m. Gym Class Heroes and Adam Levine will perform a special live concert, Jimmy Fallon will visit the set, and Ann and Al will preview the big halftime show featuring Madonna. If you’re in Indianapolis for the big game, come and join the fun live at 201 S. Capitol Avenue.
  • On Saturday, Jenna Wolfe will co-host a special Saturday TODAY live from Pan Am Center, with Lester Holt joining her from Studio 1A in New York.
  • On Super Bowl Sunday, Natalie Morales and Savannah Guthrie will join Ann and Al live at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis starting at 8 a.m. ET. Viewers will get a rare behind-the-scenes look at all the preparations for the big game. NBC’s Super Bowl pre-game show will follow starting at noon. Matt will interview Pres. Barack Obama during a special pre-game edition of TODAY airing late Sunday afternoon on NBC.
  • On Monday, Al recaps the big game from the Soldiers and Sailors Monument at 1 Monument Circle at 7 a.m. ET. Fans and visitors in Indianapolis are encouraged come watch the live show.
