This morning, we had a fashion show with four inspirational makeover winners. WATCH VIDEO

Each model was chosen by Weight Watchers, flown to New York for a spa weekend, and styled by Isaac Mizrahi.  I was able to chat with a few of them before the segment about their incredible weight loss, their fabulous week in New York City, and the motivation that keeps them striving toward their goals.

Health and Fitness teacher Jason Coles, age 35, lost 124 pounds!!

“I didn’t want to be ‘the fat dad,’” he said.  Jason didn’t want his girls to be embarrassed to be seen with him, but he also didn’t want them to grow up and be overweight.

As a health and physical fitness teacher, Jason said he was conflicted about teaching people how to eat when he wasn’t being a good example.

Now, he strives to stay healthy, to make smart choices, and to stay physically active.  According to Jason, “Reaching this goal is not a finish line… It’s a lifestyle.”

New Mom Libby Foster, age 25, lost 85 pounds!!

Libby decided to get in shape two weeks after her daughter was born.  Originally, she wanted to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight, but after reaching that goal she lost another 28 lbs!

To stay motivated, Libby goes to meetings every week and maintains healthy eating habits.  Her advice to new moms?  “It’s one day at a time.  Every day is a new chance for you to incorporate new foods into your diet, or to walk for five extra minutes.  You don’t have to start out eating salads and running two miles a day.”

A self-described “farmer’s wife,” Libby has had a great time running around New York City this week.  “It’s a different lifestyle,” she said. “But I absolutely love it!"
