Matt and Justin Timberlake get 'married' on wild Vegas night out

In Las Vegas Wednesday to talk with Justin Timberlake in advance of the pop star/actor's new movie, Matt Lauer had a guys' night out that could double as the trailer for "The Hangover 4."

The night began with the pair heading to the hotel elevator as Matt questioned one of Justin's accessories.

The night began with the obligatory slo-mo shot of Matt and Justin getting ready for their big night in Las Vegas, "Hangover''-style.

"You’re not gonna wear that, right?'' Matt said. "The man purse, you’re not wearing that. You’re just screwing with me."

"This is where I keep all my things,'' Timberlake said. "I get a lot of compliments on this. Besides, it’s not a man purse, it’s a satchel. Indiana Jones has one."

Matt asks Justin, "You're not gonna wear that right? The man purse, you're not wearing that."

"Yeah, so does Al Roker,'' Matt said.

"And here's what's happening in your neck of the woods!" Timberlake replied.

The evening concluded with a Las Vegas tradition: an impromptu marriage. An Elvis impersonator confirmed Matt and Justin's man-crush by marrying them at the Classico Chapel.

A wild night out between Matt Lauer and Justin Timberlake in Las Vegas ended with a Vegas tradition - an impromptu wedding.

"I can't believe we did this,'' a smiling Matt said while clutching flowers at the altar.

Justin gave Matt a little love tap after their shotgun Vegas wedding.

Justin then gave Matt a love tap on the backside as the happy couple walked down the aisle.

Back with his fellow anchors on TODAY Thursday, Matt reminisced about his wild night with Justin.

"I don’t remember any of it," he said, "but I lost a tooth.''
