It may not feel like it just yet, but spring is officially here. In no time at all, the temperatures will be rising, the flowers will be blooming and before you know it, it’ll be swimsuit season. What better time than the present to start getting in shape?
With this in mind, we reached out to resident fitness guru and Weekend TODAY anchor Jenna Wolfe to find out what music she uses to motivate herself. As it turns out, Jenna’s got a ready-made playlist tailored to a variety of workouts — from high-energy spin sessions to hard-hitting boot camp. Though she's particular about her tunes, here's what she had to say when we asked for her favorite tracks:
“My playlist is ever-changing, depending on mood, location, state of mind etc. But my go-to favorites (read: equally as stimulating on a road trip as they are in the gym) will always find a place in my life-soundtrack."
