Inspired by a Jimmy Kimmel segment in which celebrities read mean tweets about themselves out loud, the TODAY anchors decided to be good sports and do the same on Friday. 

Carson Daly had his relevance questioned, Natalie Morales was told to hide her cellulite, Savannah Guthrie was zinged for having "a deformed mouth," Matt Lauer was told to come to Detroit and run full speed into the tweeter with his face and Al Roker was called "a deflated balloon." 

Not pretty. However, out of the bad came the good. TODAY viewers made sure to let the anchors know not to let the mean people get them down by spreading the love on Twitter.
