Tammy Filler has been the executive producer of TODAY's fourth hour, co-hosted by Kathie Lee and Hoda, since July 2017. Filler is responsible for the fourth hour of TODAY program content and oversees the broadcast’s management team and program staff.

As a 15-year veteran of TODAY, Filler previously served as the show’s senior producer, playing an integral role in day-to-day programming. Filler was also the co-executive producer of TODAY's third and fourth hours for four years. In her tenure, Filler has worked on the production of many landmark show events and series, including the 2016 Torino Olympics, TODAY Throws a Wedding and TODAY Gets Extreme series. Filler was instrumental in branding the fourth hour of TODAY, creating signature segments of the show, such as Guys Tell All and Who Knew, and bringing wine-sipping to morning TV. She joined NBC News in January 2003.

Previously, Filler worked at Banyan Productions. From 1999 to 2002, Filler served as a segment producer, special projects producer and show producer at Oxygen Media, where she was a key player in the network launch in 2002. Filler began her career as a booking assistant and segment producer at ABC News’ “Good Morning America.” During her time there, she covered a range of breaking news events including the Columbine shooting, the assassination of Gianni Versace and the death of Michael Kennedy.

Filler graduated from Ithaca College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Television and Radio. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.
