Young Girl Detained By Police In UC

I apologize for the poor quality. The batteries in my camera are dead, I don't have the transfer cable and so I had to rely on my cellphone. Furthermore, I feel I should mention that I've read enough reports of police acting hostile to people taking pictures of them in official capacity (even though it's not illegal), but I dont' feel like being hassled by police today so I did it on the DL.Sorta.So anyways, this girl who appeared to be no older than say 10 or 12, was being detained by the police for someone infraction unknown to me. But boy was she a firebrand. She was hooting and hollering at the police, falling on the ground, going limp, at times kicking at the other cop, and just carrying on and on about wanting to see her mother, apologizing, etc. I don't know what she did but the cop who was detaining her certainly wasn't pleased with the situation either.
