Yahoo Adds Shortcuts to Travel Section in SERPs |

Yahoo just launched a really cool new feature that shows you travel related content on travel.yahoo.com for the city or location that you searched. Take a look at the new format: Yahoo’s new format features several important things that people look for when they type-in a geo-related search: Visitor guide, Hotels, Restaurant guide, Maps, Travel options, Top rated things to do, and pictures. This is a great move for Yahoo Travel and should bring a huge amount of traffic their way. I did a little searching around and found that Yahoo has several cities with content such as my hometown of Portland, OR and Oahu, HI where I am taking a vacation with Haley for my Honeymoon in August.
