While they only won the World Series once, they had one wonderful player who always seemed to rise to the occasion once the post-season began. His name was Mark Lemke.Lemke was never a big name player during the regular season. Actually, I'm not even sure he even made an All-Star Game in his career. Still, when the game was on the line, or a big hit was needed in the playoffs....it seemed like Lemke was there to do it. This is the type of guy a team needs to make a run to the World Series, so I'm going to breakdown who might be the 2007 version of Mark Lemke for each prospective playoff team.American LeagueBoston Red Sox - Dustin Pedroia, 2b - A scrapper in every sense of the word.
