What's the difference between being conceited and appreciative of your looks? Really what's the difference between being prideful about the way you look and being thankful for it? When I was a little girl I was the black sheep in the family...in other words UGLY! But since I became a Christian I started thanking God for my body and the way he made me. Lately my guy friends have been saying that well...I'm hot. I like it when they say stuff like that. I have people at church telling me I look good and to never change. I got my own family telling me I'm BEAUTIFUL. I know I am, but I don't go around telling EVERY ONE...I'm hot and that I wear size this and that. You know what I mean? Is it wrong for me to "love my looks." I love my size and my hair and everything...
