Update: Jan 12 Civil Engineering Exam Retake

Here is the update regarding the submitted petition against January 12 CELE retake. The Court of Appeals 12th Division did not grant a temporary restraining order as requested by a group of examinees against the implementation of PRC's Resolution no. 07-12 nullifying the examination results in the subjects Hydraulics and Geotechnical Engineering and Structural Engineering and Constructions. In other words, the retake of two subjects in the Civil Engineering Licensure Exam (CELE) on January 12 will push through. [Full Story] Goodluck to all the January 12 Civil Engineering Examinees.. Note: I heard that the group will going to submit a motion for reconsideration in response for the CA decision on the petition. November 17-18 Civil Engineering Examinees are better off to do the retake than to wait the result of the motion of reconsideration.
