What started out as a high school prank has ended up with parents with their underwear all tied in knots.A senior, male-type, slapped up some posters and ran for homecoming queen....and WON!The University City School Board gave him permission and voting was open to the entire high school.When all was said and done, all wasn't said and done.The boy won by 20 votes and was crowned.
