My first day with fixators on both legs

I was shifted to the hospital room by noon and after coming out of the analegiscs effect, the legs were a bit painful, especially on the ankles.I was moving to sideways in bed with care.The discomfort was there throughout night and i had to take pills for getting sleep.The antibiotics and other medicines are recommended for another two weeks. Physiotherapy- Ankle and knee mobilisation was ok, though i can feel heaviness on both legs.Walking in crutches, well walked a few steps before which i got a muscle pull on my left leg shin.After that,even standing up was difficult and felt like something wrong with that area.Well,physiotherapy sessions are now twice daily for me.I have been instructed to have high protein food.
