It’s Ladies Night All the Girls Drink for Free.

I love free drinks. I realized this last night as I made my way to my first gay bar, Side Tracks. Hopefully people know when they look at me that I am a woman. I feel that the men who were at Side Tracks definitely realized this last night…considering not one person bought me a drink. I may have had a few comments on my new strappy sandals, but all-in-all I felt completely invisible and unimportant. But seriously, I never realized that even though my friends and I get annoyed, or exasperated and yes, sometimes facetious with the cocky guys who approach us at bars offering drinks and shots, we depend on them to make our night out on the town a complete one. What would a night be without a creepster 35 year old man with rheumy and molesting eyes trying to buy me an ever-so-classy yet delicious Captain and diet? I am not saying that I haven’t met some good people at the bars, but my whole mindframe is that I am meant to be eternally single, and
