Tweaking NEP

The writer's name was just too interesting for me to ignore. It's because it's "Observer".Since the letter he wrote in Malaysiakini was the ever controversial NEP subject that many love to hate for various reasons, I decided to have a peek before I go to study on my "study leave" period today.I must say, when you see three or more of the subject, the core of the subject are never too far off.
