Popular New York disc jockey Wendy Williams is getting her own TV show. Starting July, Williams will appear every day on Fox affiliates in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas and Detroit every day for an hour known as "The Wendy Williams Show." Williams will broadcast from New York, where she's hosted a radio show for 15 years. Her show ill dive into the entertainment world and tackle topics such as celebrity gossip and news events, as well as interviews and fashion. Williams will also be dishing out advice to audience members and viewers on issues such as sex, relationships, money and dating. Talk show veteran Rob Dauber will serve as executive producer of The Wendy Williams Show along with Williams and her husband/manager, Kevin Hunter. Dauber has worked with Martha Stewart, Oprah Winfrey and Commack native Rosie O'Donnell. The show will appear on the air for a six-week trial beginning July 14.
