After yesterday's story about Mark Gatiss penning a new adaptation of Poirot, and with his terrific Lucifer Box novels also getting the small screen treatment very soon (see stories here and here) - as well all this Sally Lockhart chat - I started to wonder which literary character is ripe for a barnstorming TV adaptation. I couldn't think of too many because I mainly read and re-read Haruki Murakami books, so I asked the team and this is what they came up with. Yes, we do read books! If you have any ideas, let us know! My vote would be the BBC adapting Young James Bond for a Saturday teatime family adventure. It'd be better than Robin Hood, that's for sure. online surveys - Take Our Poll [ Full article ] |
