The Center for Water Law and Policy at the Texas Tech University School of Law has received a $433,000 grant from the Environmental Protection Agency. The backing will fund a study to evaluate and recommend revisions to current laws and regulations affecting the quality, use and ownership of water in Texas and the Southwest. [ Full article ] |
