Donald Trump, who is no fan of President Bush, gives his unvarnished opinions on Fox & Friends this morning, which got hosts Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade a little worked up. While it’s clear he’s not considered a hostile guest, the hosts do their best to push back against his criticisms.
