That's probably the first time that headline has ever been used.CBS Sportsline is reporting that Darryl Strawberry is in legal trouble again, but this time not for cocaine, which is a nice change of pace. A complaint was filed Friday by the US Government seeking nearly $500,000 in back taxes.The 8-time All-Star with two World Series rings was indicted on failure to pay taxes back in 1994 and was sentenced to 6 months house arrest and ordered to pay $350,000 (or as he would say, 2,333 NYC eight-balls). According to the AP report, a Justice Department spokesman said he could not comment on why, after 13 years, Uncle Sam decided he wanted some more of Strawberry's cheddar.Get Nice on CBS Sportsline
