Nine:Ron Guidry had nine shutouts in 1978, the most by a Yankee in a single season.On Sept. 4, 1999, the Cincinnati Reds set the NL mark for most home runs by one team in a game with nine off the Philadelphia Phillies in a 22-3 blowout.
