Since this has gone on a bit, and since I enjoy sports trivia, probably more than most, I figured I would come up with a series myself, with this being the first installment. So that said, here we go: Question 1: Who am I? I played seven years in the major leagues and my batting average dropped every season, from .321 in my rookie year to .128 at the end. I am not a pitcher. Question 2: Who am I? I am the only pitcher to win a batting title. Answer: Guy Hecker, who hit .342 in 1886 for Louisville in the American Association. (answered by Jut, or was it his dad? lol) Question 3: Three players hit as many home runs at home as they did on the road in their major league careers. Hint: none of these three played after 1959. Question 4: Two players played for both the 1972 Dolphins, who were undefeated (17-0) and also suffered by playing for the 1976 Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-14). Who are they?
