Air force bombing of any country creates mayhem and destruction. However, no air force no matter how powerful can take a city because there will always be survivors who come out of hiding and try to rebuild what was destroyed. They do this when bombing planes go back to base. Only the army on the ground has the privilege to stamp the air force's authority on the people and the land, because their presence determines their control. So it is with prayer; we disorganize the forces of evil but bombing' cannot go on without refueling. As soon as the agents of Satan detect a lull, they gather and rebuild. This is what happens when praying for Africa. As soon as change begins to happen, another catastrophe breaks out and we are back to where we started.
