teacher sex scandals: Southern Utah Teacher Arrested For Sex With Student HURRICANE - A southern Utah high school teacher was jailed on Wednesday for allegedly having sex with one of her students. Cris Morris, 29, of Washington City was booked into the county jail on five counts of rape, which is a first-degree felony.
