God Of War III Confirmed For The Play Station 3 |

Back in March, Sony Computer Entertainment America held a launch party for God of War II. During the festivities, the games director Cory Barlog, blurted out that the series may be coming to the PlayStation 3 along with force feedback technology. Talking to an excited crowd Barlog said, “If we were to do a God of War III on the PS3…” before changing pace mid-sentence, “We’re excited about the potential–maybe, no commitment, no announcement or anything like that–to maybe have [God of War hero] Kratos in 1080p with the Sixaxis and vibration. Vibration is coming back to the PS3, that’s pretty cool, huh?” Immediately after his announcement, the SCEA reps wouldn't comment on a rumble-enabled Sixaxis or the possibility of God of War III on the PS3. Now, just two months after the Dual Shock 3 was revealed at the 2007 Tokyo Game Show, Sony has officially confirmed that God of War III is in development for PS3 at SCEA's Santa Monica [ Full article ] |
