Papa John’s promotes Spider-Man 3 home video release |

Papa John’s will help Sony promote the home video release of Spider-Man 3 by slapping Spidey’s picture on the box of a new, super large pizza, according to SuperHeroHype. Boxes for Papa John’s new Super Hero XL3 will be emblazoned with Spider-Man’s image, as well as a coupon for the movie’s DVD. That promotion will be supported by a launch event in New York City on Monday the 29th, right outside of the NASDAQ MarketSite. The pizza chain will also be debuting a new TV spot highlighting both the Marvel hero but also Papa John’s ingredients, a constant focus of the chains advertising.
